MacKenzie was the cleaner for my home. She arrived right on time with all of her equipment. She got right to work, and we left her there for several hours. During that time she performed small miracles. By the time she was finished, I can cheerfully say that this is the best deep clean our house has ever seen. She has very high standards for herself! I would highly recommend MacKenzie and rain city and plan to use her again soon

Rain City Home Cleaners did an excellent job. Communication was fast and professional from the beginning, scheduling was easy, and the cleaner was on time and very detailed. The house looked and smelled great afterward, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. You can tell they actually care about quality and customer satisfaction. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable cleaning services in the Tacoma/Pierce County area.

I recently had my 1,200 sq ft home (2 bed, 2 bath) professionally cleaned and was really happy with how everything turned out. They covered everything I requested both bathrooms were cleaned thoroughly all floors were swept mopped, and vacuumed and the whole place felt fresh and reset. They also handled the dishes washed my bedding made the beds and helped organize different areas.
They were very reliable and great with communication throughout the process which I really appreciated. Overall everything I asked for was done well and the house feels great. I’d definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a solid thorough cleaning service.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size and condition of the home, along with any add-ons selected. We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees.
We offer recurring cleaning discounts for weekly, biweekly, and monthly clients. Deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleanings, and homes with heavier buildup may require additional time and pricing.
Some popular add-ons include:
• Inside fridge cleaning
• Interior window cleaning
• Baseboard detailing
• Oven cleaning
• Pet hair removal
A card on file is required to reserve appointments, but customers are not charged until the cleaning has been completed.
We also offer a satisfaction/reclean guarantee if anything is ever missed.
Please note:
• Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee
• Same-day lockouts/no-access appointments may result in a fee to compensate the cleaner for lost time
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by gathering details about the home, cleaning goals, square footage, and any add-ons or problem areas so we can provide an accurate quote.
Once booked, customers receive confirmation details and appointment reminders. We also collect a secure card on file to reserve the appointment slot.
On cleaning day, our cleaner arrives with supplies and follows detailed cleaning checklists/SOPs to ensure consistency and quality. We focus heavily on communication, attention to detail, and customer experience.
After the cleaning is complete, we follow up to make sure everything met expectations. Many of our customers end up moving into recurring cleanings to maintain their homes on a consistent schedule.

Our team follows detailed residential cleaning SOPs and checklists focused on consistency, sanitation, and attention to detail. We continuously train on proper cleaning techniques, customer service, move-in/move-out cleaning standards, and safe handling of cleaning products and equipment.
