If excellent relaxation were a matter of taking some time out and saying Great, now I will relax completely! we would all be healthier and happier. But when stress or pain has built up in your body or mind, its not always that easy. So you arrive for your massage and I convince the tissues and muscles what the deal is: ease, freedom and rest. Your mind follows in agreement. Then I work on specific areas of injury or pain, calling on a variety of techniques through years of experience. It could be nagging neck or shoulder pain, the area between the shoulder blades, a back injury, fibromyalgia, foot pain, hand and arm problems or an abdominal issue. -6/18/13
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Tell me what your needs are, or what problem you are having. If you are not sure what to ask for, there is no need to have a specific request. I can help you find out what will work for you. You are welcome to a relaxation massage or treatment for a condition, or both. -6/18/13
