So far, my sessions with Jeremy have been great! The workouts have scaled up perfectly and the nutritional guidance through precision nutrition have been helpful. Its all about building better habits for a lifetime! I have started to see and feel changes, but its only been a few weeks and I haven't reached my goal yet (only reason for 4/5 instead of 5/5). However, I am on track and its been a wonderful experience!
Wendy Lynne changed my perspective on everything! I was very hesitant to see a counselor at first, but my life felt stagnant and stuck, so I eventually started looking online for someone. I was very thorough in my research and very picky, as I wanted someone who I could trust and connect with. I stumbled upon Wendy's website and she seemed very personable in her videos, and I enjoyed looking through all her articles. I could definitely relate to what she had to say, plus I liked her more alternative/holistic approach. I started seeing Wendy in December of 2015 with a list of issues, the biggest ones being my relationship, career, and family. I signed up for 8 sessions and was expecting to talk a lot about my childhood, how I was raised, etc. But I soon realized that Wendy doesn't focus a lot on the past and instead focuses more on current relationships and issues, which is great because I was able to see results quickly! Plus, with my new perspective and understanding, I became less affected by my past traumas. Before Wendy, I was constantly questioning my relationship and was thinking of breaking up. But after my sessions with her, my relationship has transformed into something that I did not think was possible! It is now so easy, comfortable, and harmonious. Plus, my partner and I are getting married next month, which is a big deal for me, as I used to not believe in marriage! Wendy is very in tune with relationship dynamics and how men and women think/act differently. Learning these differences about my partner positively changed the way I interacted with them. She gave me the courage to speak up in my relationship, in a very effective and respectful way. She also gave me practical exercises, worksheets, and a personal hypnosis recording to use when problems arise. I love whipping out my pen and paper to go through her simple, but effective exercises. She has given me the knowledge and confidence to go through life knowing that there is no issue that I cannot work through! And if I cannot figure something out on my own, I can always come by for another helpful session. She is very responsive to my emails and is very accommodating with my schedule. I love how she gives me 2 hours of her undivided attention each session! We are able to cover a lot during that time, as opposed to the usual one hour sessions that other counselors offer. Discovering Wendy has been such a huge blessing, and I've recommended her to all my friends and family.
Coach William Z was referred to me as someone to help get me in a better place with the Red Carpet Premier Program. I can say without question that physically, mentally, and emotionally I have been pushed and encouraged to be my best self. Exercises for our "off" days, nutrition counseling, and personal development have given me tools I use not only in my personal life but also professional. I guess I should describe myself first: I'm a woman, I've hit middle age and my body and metabolism have totally changed since my younger days. I started having knee pain because of being overweight, so I began working with Paul to lose this excess weight, get healthier, and get in shape. I didn't want to hurry it or get stressed out (or excessively sore or starved). I wanted it to be a real lifestyle change, so we would meet for 30 minutes three times a week. And wow! In a year, he helped me lose 30 pounds and get strong and fit like I've never been before in my life!! I always looked forward to working out with him at the gym because he is so encouraging, positive, non-judgemental, and helped educate me about nutrition and fitness. I now know that eating good healthy food isn't hard to do, it just meant uting good food and weaning my taste buds away from super fatty fried & fast foods to actual foods that are not processed. So fantastic. (And "cheat meals " are ok as long as you plan for them!) Truly a life-changing, life-enhancing experience working with him. Working out and eating well were no longer a chore, but became a joy as I achieved my goals! Goodbye knee pain, hello the good feeling of post-workout muscle strength soreness (endorphins included)! Oh, another benefit: living in the dark Pacific Northwest, I found that working out in the winter completely got rid of the SADD. So: If you are serious about what you want and where you want to go with diet and fitness, Paul will get you there. And he's such a nice guy, too!
I was treated with respect and yet his desire is for you to reach your goal. Steve also was encouraging and guided. He was avaliable by phone or email. He throughly got my information that pertaining to health and excersize. He followed up with me at least 1 or 2 times by email or phone. Everything Elijah has taught me has been absolutely great! He listened to what my main focuses were and we focused on that and nutrition!
