Introduction: I find it natural to to find creative ways to make each wedding a representation of the couple and their vision. Each couple is unique and their wedding should reflect that. Being a part of the day that a couple vows to love and commit to for the rest of their lives. I also love getting to know my clients so that on the day if their event it is more than just my reputation on the line, it's a day for people I care about.

We loved Jaimee! We went to her for guidance and help for our last month before our wedding. We had reached the tipping point of stress and time available to go it on our own. Jaimee had us feeling relief from our first meeting. She took on our wedding planning with joy and commitment that made everyone involved feel great - us, our families, and our vendors. The wedding ceremony went off seamlessly with great reviews from everyone. The reception at another venue was decorated beautifully and also went off seamlessly with great reviews from our friends and families. Our friends, family, and especially us, were able to enjoy the day thanks to Jaimee and her team's tireless effort and planning :)

From the first time we talked with Jaimee over the phone and then met with her in person, we wanted her on our team. We hired her as a month-of wedding coordinator, and Jaimee was a rush of enthusiasm and creative ideas from the start. She gave us kudos for the work we had done up to that point, and was careful not to step on toes of our anyone we had already engaged as she helped take up the slack. Even with all of her experience she was genuinely excited about commemorating our particular life event, in this case, our wedding. And I feel she would do this for any occasion brought before her, as I heard her describe, through the course of working with her for a month, a couple of other events she was working on, with such infectious delight. She also was always cheering on the relationship my fiancé and I had with one another, and I liked that too. The biggest hole in our planning up until the month-of, was a comprehensive décor plan for our reception site, but from the time she first saw the venue, Jaimee had a vision for making it magical. She presented a plan that was within our budget, and organized the rentals and purchases and labor to bring it to reality. She also moderated our relationship with our caterer, which had become a bit strained, very nicely. And finally, coordinated with the DJ, who coordinated with the band. So it was really nice to know the reception was in good hands. We enjoyed toasts and dinner and dancing, and afterwards our guests raved about the good food and the great band and the way the tables were arranged. Jaimee delivered to us a world of event magic and expertise on a small budget and would do the same for you.

Jaimee is awesome! I met Jaimee of Muse Event Planning at the Seattle wedding expo and actually won her grand prize drawing for the day of wedding coordination. We opted to have her for the full planning, though, and are so happy we did! I work full time and my fiancee goes to school full time, and both of our families live out of state, so we definitely needed Jaimee to keep us on track and help us with all the steps (and there are a ton of steps!) leading up to our big day. She set us up with all of our amazing vendors, keeps track of all the details-even the ones I never knew about, and has been just awesome to work with. I can't wait for the wedding (June 2014) and will update my review after its honeymoon, so I can rave about Jaimee and Muse some more. UPDATE: The wedding was fantastic! She helped us find our photographer, florist, dj, linens, and so much more. Jaimee even took care of some of the large DIY projects herself! We e-mailed and/or texted nearly every day. She kept us on track on making decisions and getting DIY stuff done. She found vendors for us to meet with (at least 3 of each) so that we could make the most informed decision. And if those 3 vendors weren't the ones, she found more for us to talk to! Jaimee was fully committed to our wedding and made us feel like we were the only clients she had. We are truly grateful for all of her hard work. She took our vision and contributed great ideas and made our wedding truly special. The attention to the details was out of this world.

Jaimee has been great fun to work with, and with two months to go before my own wedding, I know it is in good hands. Beyond just being an experienced professional who has had bet hand in nearly every aspect of event planning, she obviously cares deeply about her clients and invests much of herself in making weddings successful. Our meetings are always fun and productive, and I would not hesitate to contact her for other types of event planning!

I am on the education and programs committee of the International Special Events Society's Seattle Chapter and have just been nominated for a board position. It is a great way to stay on top of trends and new technologies, while meeting professionals in all aspects of the industry.
