I am one of the lucky people to be able to have TJ as my personal trainer. She's truly amazing and her knowledge on proper form and nutrition is hands down the best I've ever had in trainer. She's transformed my life in helping me achieve my goals. She's incredibly responsive to me if I reach out to her.
