Every trip is unique, so our pricing varies depending on the level of planning required. Many bookings (like hotels or cruises) include our service at no additional cost to you, thanks to our travel industry partnerships. For more complex itineraries, we may charge a custom design fee, but we’ll always be transparent about that upfront. Most clients find the VIP perks, upgrades, and personalized attention far outweigh the fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick discovery call so I can learn about your travel style, preferences, and goals. From there, I’ll design a personalized itinerary or present curated options that match your vision. Once we align on the perfect trip, I take care of all the bookings, apply any VIP perks available, and provide ongoing support, so you can focus on enjoying the experience, not managing the details.

I have over 10 years of experience designing travel and lifestyle experiences, supported by industry certifications, ongoing supplier education, and in-person site visits, including hotel and cruise inspections. I'm an affiliate of Virtuoso and Fora Travel, two of the most respected global networks, and have built a strong network of trusted local partners around the world.
