Jeremy was awesome! I needed a water heater installed, so I contacted him. He gave me advice on which ones he recommended. Granted, he didn't have to because I was buying it online. He was super helpful and responsive! He showed up on time and within an hour he was done. Gave me the full tutorial before he left on how to use my new fancy water heater. On top of all that he took my old one away so I didn't have to. Oh yeah on top of that he didn't do the ole come out and give me an estimate and charge me for coming. I sent him pics and the measurements, and that's all he needed. 5 stars!

I went out for two different projects. The first project was swapping out the kitchen sink, faucet and disposal for new equipment. I started typing up a second project, stuff with my fence and gate to the backyard. Before I was done typing up my second project, J&A services had responded. Looking at the times, they responded 6 minutes after I sent them the project description. They were highly professional and responsive to my questions. Unfortunately, I ended up finding some major issues that caused me to cancel the project before really starting it. I plan to revive the project after I address the issues that popped up. If I am able based on the other questions, I plan on going back to J&A services. I greatly appreciated their responsiveness, their questions and their professionalism.

Jeremy responded quickly on Thumbtack and was able to swing by for an estimate I believe same day! Quickly and appropriately evaluated what needed to be done, gave a fair cost and professionally took care of the job. It was not easy nor a fun feat, our job, however both guys were jovial and skilled — We had them move our gas line and air duct vent (for a downdraft) in our kitchen. We will be hiring these guys again — thank you for your honest, skillful work!
