Jeremy and Andrew did a great job repairing a troublesome leak on my toilet. Jeremy responded to my request within minutes. They came earlier than scheduled due to a cancellation and were able to solve the problem. We agreed on a price that I felt was fair and reasonable. It was an uncommon and unusual leak caused by a chip in the plastic threads that prevented a good seal. They were able to diagnose and repair the problem so the toilet is completely without a leak. Good job.

They explained as they went, they offered suggestions and referrals for hvac and restoration companies. My only complaint is that they used my good towels and my self tanning glove to wipe up nasty stuff under my sinks! Heads up: Provide rags or clean it out yourself, so they don’t have to. Other than that, polite, professional, compassionate and a good value. My first try at a plumber was not positive. Andrew and Jeremy changed all that! Thank you guys. Next time, bring your own towels, ok?
