For starters, the food was AWESOME! The food looked and tasted amazing, the plates and silverware looked real, even though they were plastic and she even provided a table cloth to make the presentation that much better. Everyone raved over the food and many people asked about the caterer I used. There was more than enough food, and everyone got to take home some leftovers.
She understood I wanted to do something special for my work force; all I hand was an idea. She advised me on different options and we came up with the perfect menu. She was very understanding of my lack of knowledge on the catering business and walked me through everything and answered all of my questions promptly, and trust me there was a lot of questions.
I give my full recommendation to Sandra’s Goodies!

Sandra's Goodies was not only amazing but the food was delicious. She and her helpers were very professional and organized. The people enjoyed the food especially the cheesecake cupcake desserts. I appreciate her working with me because I was planning this banquet on an unknown budget and she had patience and really made that part easy on me. She arrived on time and got right to work. Approachable and she is not just a really good caterer but she is a really kind-heart, warm and welcoming person. The event that happen was a College Track and Field Banquet, About 120 people. Sandra rocked it and she will be the person I come back to when I plan another event. Thank you! You won't regret the choice of having her cater your event!

When planning our casual wedding reception for 40 guests, my husband and I wanted a classic, Southern style barbecue. The majority of catering quotes we received from others included menu items that we didn't want and that didn't fit our vision - unnecessarily gussied up PNW versions of BBQ. Sandra really listened to what we wanted and prepared the exact menu we were looking for: sliced beef brisket, bone-in grilled chicken, pulled pork, ribs, macaroni and cheese, salads, and drinks -- everything was delicious! Our guests took home leftovers and commented on the awesome food. She set everything up right on time and was so friendly and pleasant to work with. Her catering skills are outstanding and I am so grateful that she's sharing her talents with the world!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always working to prefect my food. My husband says "another book" when they come in the mail. I always tell people. "I will be on my death bed trying to cook"
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been cooking since I was 4 years old. It is in my DNA. It was not even a thought not to cook.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I prepare buffet style service. I love working weddings because I want their day to be the best ever.
