My name is Chad, and I am the owner of All Pro Duct Cleaning. I think one of the major things that separates us from most companies is the the fact that not only do I own the company but I also do all of the work, which means we just take a ton of pride in what we do!! Also, we only have one employee which helps us keep cost down. We follow a strict seven step process to ensure that we achieve the most thorough air duct cleaning service anywhere to be found!!. Our customer service and attention to detail is second to none, and we are darn proud of it!!! At All Pro, we just enjoy helping people. Chad and his assistant did an outstanding job. He called when they were heading our way with an estimated time to arrival (according to GPS). Once there, they walked the house to see all the vents/ducts that needed cleaning. This had never been done to the house, and although it wasn't bad, there was a lot of debris from the original construction of the house (including a lighter in a duct closest to the furnace). They also performed the dryer vent cleaning while there. Thank you guys, for all the advice on filters, and an awesome job cleaning our ducts.

Excellent job. Chad and his assistant came in and explained everything, carefully cleaned every duct, register and furnace, changed the filters - thoroughly but quickly too. My wife is not coughing now - clean air!

Chad and John were friendly, professional, quick, and explained everything clearly. They did not attempt to up-sell me on any services I didn't want. When I asked about scheduling a service in the future, Chad was upfront about the recommended frequency, and suggested that since the ducts hadn't been cleaned in more than 10 years, the next appointment in 2-3 years would help to set a baseline for how often I should be getting them cleaned. He also pointed out that the position and placement of the main cold air return was a factor in how much dust and debris ended up in the duct system (in my house the return is on the floor with a wide-spaced grille and gathers more pet hair and dust compared to a return that's on a wall.) I've already noticed that there is less dust in the air and my 20 month-old son's lingering cough has gone away. Both me and my wife are noticing less allergy symptoms. The heating system itself also seems to be performing much more effectively; warming the house more quickly and feeling warm air from the vents sooner when the furnace switches on. I will definitely hire All Pro Duct Cleaning LLC to come back and clean my ducts in future.

Chad and crew showed up on schedule, explained the duct cleaning process by showing me their clean equipment, worked hard, and did a great job in cleaning years of dirt and dog hair. The price was fair, the crew was professional and competent, and I'd sure use them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based on the homes square footage. The price that we send you in the quote is the price that you pay when we leave. There's no up selling or any hidden fees. Except sales tax in Washington of course
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We completely explain the 'entire' Air Duct Cleaning Process. When we arrive at our customers home we open our 'State Of Art' cleaning equipment that is cleaned and sanitized. After we complete the entire cleaning process we open our equipment and show the customer how much dirt and debris that we have removed from their Air Duct System.
