It was a pleasure working with Joseph at Legacy LLC. He was very professional, organized, and timely..and made sure that the job was done right. If there was a concern, he was very quick to make sure that it got taken care of. Ive done remodeling/renovation work myself and Im very picky about contractors and he is one of the best Ive ever worked with. Kitchen and living room remodel.We had a big remodel for our small home and had been planning for about a year before reaching out to contractors for quotes and pricing. Joseph with Legacy LLC was the most transparent with the quoting process and the most honest about his abilities and work being provided. We had other quotes that wouldnt elaborate on what they were providing or offer any flexibility with the scope of work. Joseph allowed flexibility and clearly and openly showed us his pricing and the work he was going to accomplish.Throughout all phases of the construction process he would send updates with pics, call if he needed clarification, and include us in any issue he or his crew encountered. When I asked him about his crew he explained how he ensures each member is a trusted tradesman and top notch at their skill. It put my mind at ease knowing hes worked with all his crew members and he wasnt just sub contracting out to random people. Hes built a solid team that can tackle all the needs of your project.Our project consisted of demoing the whole kitchen, removing a load bearing wall and transferring the load, new plumbing and electrical, new skylight, drywall, paint, new cabinets install, new herringbone floor (500 sq ft), new countertop, backsplash, sink, range hood install, and all appliances installed.A single review cant do the whole job justice. Joseph showed up on time everyday and coordinated his crews well. I hired our own electricians and he worked with them seamlessly to add them in at the right time and maintain the proper project direction.With Joseph you get a contractor who cares about the project, includes the customer, and does the right thing when youre not there. Highly recommend him for any home renovation or repairs you may have.
