Got myself in a jam when I ordered a new fridge that was 1/2 inch too tall for the cabinet. Oscar was able to come over and cut the cabinet to make the fridge fit. It was professionally done and painted and you cannot even notice it was altered. Oscar was friendly and had a few options for me to choose from. He is extremely knowledgeable and I will be using him in the future.
