I hired Ruvim Builder llc for several home projects, and he did an outstanding job. From installing outdoor fixtures to building a new gate and refreshing indoor spaces, every task was done with care and skill.

This partner was VERY patient with a lot of questions about options and cost implications. As he left after his free quote he volunteered to address something on our property because he was there. That was over and above what was expected. They said how long to would take, and they met that commitment. We would absolutely hire him again.

I provide fair and transparent pricing based on the scope of each project. Estimates always include labor and materials unless discussed otherwise. There are no hidden fees. I also offer competitive pricing and work within customer budgets when possible. The final price will always be agreed upon before the project begins.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by discussing the project details and expectations, then visit the site if needed to evaluate the work. After that, I provide a detailed estimate and timeline. Once approved, I schedule the job and complete it with high-quality craftsmanship and clear communication every step of the way. Customer satisfaction is always my priority.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have professional training and hands-on experience in residential construction, specializing in tile installation, kitchen and bathroom upgrades, and home repairs. I am a licensed general contractor in Washington and Oregon and continue to expand my skills through ongoing training and real-world project experience.
