Daniel, was so kind and patient when working with my 95-year-old father. He was quick to find the problem, quick to get the part and returned first thing in the morning for the repair, so my dad did not have to go without sound. It was a weird one but he figured it out. Well worth the money.

Dan was great. Went ahead with a motorized mantle mount when there was a sale. Dan installed mount in a difficult stone fireplace and ran power to hose cables.

What a pro. Dan came to my house and looked around and called out possible risks and how to address them. A lot of this was a "don't know until we open it up and see" kind of problem.
