Based on our communication before the appointment, we understood that the cleaning would take approximately 3–4 hours. Once our team began working in the home, they realized that additional time was needed to complete the cleaning to the expected standard. We communicated this during the cleaning, and you confirmed that an additional hour would be okay. Therefore, the final charge reflected a total of 5 hours. We completely understand how this may have caused confusion, and we’re sorry for any misunderstanding. Our intention is always to communicate clearly and make sure our clients know what to expect.
