- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of the home, overall condition, and type of service requested (standard, deep, or move-out cleaning). We provide transparent, upfront quotes with no hidden fees. Deep cleaning and detailed add-ons such as oven, refrigerator, interior cabinets, and interior windows are priced separately to ensure proper time allocation and quality results. We offer discounted rates for recurring clients (biweekly or monthly service). Cancellation Policy: We kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, as we reserve dedicated time for each client.
