- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some of my work is done at a flat fee and others are by the hour. It really depends on what a client needs done. It always best to talk to me about what you need so I can give you a firm quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We speak about the work they need done either by email or over the phone. I determine if I can help them and what it may cost them. Investigations require a contract. Once I have all the info I need I can start.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a Security Officer for 12 years. I have a very keen sense for details and advanced skill of observation. I've been a Licensed Private Investigator since 2013 in WA state.
