I was looking for someone whom i can handover the management of my rental property with peace of mind and not worry about it every now and then. After discussing with several other companies, i found Jude to be extremely honest and sincere in his dealings. He never missed to provide me updates on my property during listing and during rent out period. His hardworking nature specially during the listing phase impressed me a lot and i never ever heard words like "sorry, I forgot to ..." or "oops..i missed it...etc" from him. Its been a couple of months that my property is rented out and i am extremely happy with profound properties.

    Randy Davison has been managing our rentals in Portland a couple years now. When he took over we had serious problems with our tenants--one who was paying his rent but smoking dope and causing the other tenant to call police to our units. Another tenant had taken it upon herself to lower the amount of her rent. Randy immediately took control of the situation--resolving both problems in a calm, diplomatic and sensitive way. His communication with us was very reassuring. He found an excellent new tenant to replace the dope smokers and put our other tenant on a plan to repay back rent including late charges. He writes very clear reports and emails when any matter needs our attention. We highly recommend him as a property manager.
