I called NWRM recently when I discovered a problem with my roof. I have used them a couple times in the past and have been very pleased with their work. Theyve done the best job of anyone inspecting and cleaning my concrete tile roof so when I noticed the facia had pulled away from the roof I didnt hesitate to call them.Micah was sent out to inspect it and I was so relieved to learn it wasnt as serious as I had feared. He was very professional and explained what needed to some clearly. By the end of the day I received a very reasonable quote to do the repair and clean the roof and gutters.Jacob and Matt were out the following week. They were timely, professional, and courteous. I had to leave before the work was finished but when I got home other than a beautifully cleaned roof you couldnt even tell they had been there. They did a fabulous job cleaning up when they were done. I highly recommend NWRM.

Great experience!! David and Tanner just wrapped up a two day concrete tile roof cleaning/treatment for me, with a lot of anti-ponding repair and a skylight replacement.The guys were extremely friendly, polite and helped in my understanding of the process all the way through. Also much appreciated is the care they took to clean up afterwards and to thoroughly check (visually and with a big ol' magnet) for any debris or metal that may have fallen into the yard.Micah did the quote/inspection and had it all laid out for me. It's a 30 year old tile roof, and they were cognizant of the care needed to maintain it's remaining life. The pricing was quite reasonable, and it really helps that they perform the free detailed quotes for all of that upfront. There were no surprises.I'll definitely be looking to these guys again in the future.

I searched for awhile looking for a company I felt I could trust to properly clean and remove moss from our relatively new roof. Northwest Roof Maintenance was recommended by the company that installed our roof. Ruben provided a very reasonable estimate after a through inspection, noting that our new electric power drop was improperly installed, and if not corrected would result in premature failure/damage that would not be covered under our warranty. The work was very capably and professionally performed by Drayvn, who also took the time necessary for a very thorough clean-up. Drayvn showed me "before and after" pictures of the work performed, and what will need to be done in thefuture. After that we walked around the house to be sure his cleanup met our requirements. I was so impressed with the service received that I have recently recommended Ruben, Drayvn, and NWRM to a friend who also needs this service. "A satisfied customer is always the best referral."

Draven and Joey arrived early and began the repair work promptly. Their work was solid, neat and they kept the area clean. They were careful when dropping waste material off the roof so as not to damage our new paint job. Very polite and professional and easy to talk to. Overall, my wife and I are very happy with the work result.
