- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since it is such Custom work, in most cases I must Quote on a case by case basis. But I always stick to our budget, once established. I try to do Flat Rates when possible, since hourly rates make people unsure of what the bill will be. :-)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a beautiful Office in a the gorgeous Plath House, built in the 1930s at 4002 Englewood Avenue in Yakima, WA. Most Clients come here or I can meet you in your home if you are considering Listing it. Most important to me is treating folks like family, making them feel comfortable and their experience with me totally memorable!
