Honest & professional. I went in because of an issue with my screen. When I got there and turned on my screen was fine! I left it over night so they could try to see what I was seeing. They ran diagnostic testing and everything was fine. Jorge explained what may be causing the issue in my work environment and made a few suggestions. I have my computer back at work, it is working great. I WILL DEFINITELY 1. Recommend IT Evolution 2. Use IT Evolution for my work and personal computers.
