Toby has been my personal trainer for several months, and he has been helping me train for my sport of figure skating. At the beginning of our journey, we goal set together and created a plan of implementation. He tailored workouts to fit my needs as well as taught me good nutrition habits. He goes above and beyond his job as a trainer by checking up on my nutrition on non-workout days and posts workout tips and hints through social media to keep me motivated. What I especially like about Toby is that he is flexible and mindful of my crazy schedule. He is able to plan what workouts fit best around what days I have skating practices and competitions. Through working out with Toby, I've seen tremendus results. Not only do I feel healthier and stronger all around, I had a very successful skating season- placing second at my national competition. I'm appreciative of all the hard work Toby put in so that I could be successful and see results, and I look forward to continue our training!
1. I would strongly recommend Paula to anyone truly interested in changing to a healthier food lifestyle, and especially to those who might think they know this area well. I was surprised at how much I didn't know before undertaking her program, despite voluminous reading and research I had already done on the topic. Her program is highly customized to each person's objectives and life situation. It is also distinguished in its extent beyond the science of nutrition and in to the source causes of eating behaviors. Erica is personable, down to earth and very knowledgeable about nutrition and well-being. We covered a lot of topics during my session, but I never felt rushed.
