- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't like itemizing virtually anything. Meaning, I do not separate hours worked for the event, the ceremony is included in the pricing as well as dinner music/mic and reception. My prices listed are what they are for each different type of event. However, I do subtly increase pricing for long travel distances.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Learning each other. Basically, I like knowing who my clients are and letting people know who we/I are/am. By creating a comfortable vibe with my clients, I/we whole-heartedly believe, generates a strong, bonding and confident relationship. And that is by far the most important template for providing the best service possible!!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While I do have a degree in absolute nothingness that will never be used in a "professional" manner, I have been in this business for going on two decades. I am a music junky as well and always have been.
