We hired Tip Top Roofing for a re-roofing project after receiving 6 different quotes. I liked the fact that Tom did a follow-up call a couple of days after providing his quote, while none of the other companies bothered to check back with me. Tip Top's quote was the lowest one I received and I was a bit concerned at first because of the large difference from the other quotes and also that they were not able to lock in a price for repair work of any rotted wood that may need to be replaced. All the other firms included any replacement of wood that would be necessary. This meant that I could have been on the hook for a couple of thousand dollars more once the shingles were removed, if I chose Tip Top. However, I figured, that even if I had to pay for more replacement wood, I was still ahead of the other quotes financially with Tip Top. I also liked the attitude displayed by the representative during my discussions - very professional. I opted to use Tip Top and the crew showed up, as scheduled and completed the project in less than a day. Clean up was great and the final result was excellent. A couple of days later I received the final bill and the only difference from the quote I originally received was a charge for gutter I decided to have replaced during the project. All was delivered as contracted for and within the estimate provided. I am very satisfied and would recommend Tip Top for any other roofing work.

I needed a minor roof repair. I had several contractors out and they all quoted me 3 times what Joe did it for. Joe is a rare find. He is a fair and honest contractor who does excellent work.

The problem was with my side garage door causing locking problems. Though everything looked level and plumb there were some very slight tolerance differences. We took the strike plates off and cut the the nails holding the door frame to the rough opening. There were also two screws, one top and one bottom that were also removed from the strike side. The brick molding from the strike side and top were then removed allowing us to tap the top of the strike side in toward the garage and then tested the locking mechanisms for alignment and ease. Once in proper place, we secured the strike side top and bottom to hold it in place. When we had removed the brick molding we discovered that once the door was properly aligned, the sheathing on the strike side stuck out approximately a 1/4 inch. It became clear that the original contractor failed to square up the hinge side of the door opening with the strike side of the door opening thus there existed a slight torqueing of the door in the opening. With that, and the addition of cold and heat expansion and contraction, locking the door was problematic. We managed to trim down a 3/4 by 1/4 area of the sheathing so the brick mold would sit flat on the sheathing and door frame keeping the appropriate setback from the edge. We were also able to accomplish the work without affecting the siding at all. I had a piece of brick molding consistent with what was there so we were able to replace the strike side molding which I cut on my compound miter saw. Everything fit in perfectly and the door is easily closed and locked. What remains is some slight shimming, recaulking the top and strike side, and another coat of paint on the trim.

Tenoch and is team did excellent job in repairing my wood fence that was leaning severely. He quoted the job promptly and had the repair completed the next morning.

I hired Tim to replace my gutters, soffit and fascia for my garage and part of my house. He did a very good job. Was there when he said he would be and got the job done in a timely manner. We have already discussed future projects that he will be helping me with. Great pricing and gets the job done.
