Apologized to customer on a decision that was done in a very short notice. Should of called her days in advance to cancel. It was my fault on that.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I look at individual jobs and price accordingly. With cleaning the more days that you want us to work for you the cost will go down because of less time doing these tasks.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I would contact customer to set up meeting to see what the job is and give them a price. If i would receive the job i would set appointment up to do the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I usually read trade books and look on the internet for other information in my industry.
