Hired on Thumbtack
The job entailed taking down a large tree and some brush as well as placing decorative rock around weedy area of house. While the I was for the most part happy with the tree removal....the landscaping project was less than satisfactory. Weed barrier was not used to cover all areas and as a consequence, the weeds already existing that were simply covered with stone, keep growing. I was told that he would come out to spray the weeds...not sure if he did as he did not communicate further with me. Simple spraying will not solve this problem going forward. My main reason for this project was to get rid of the weed issue...now I have simply paid a hefty price and am still left with a problem. Very disappointing experience!

After I was informed of the issue I stated we would fix the concern once we got caught up with other jobs an still intended to. The area of concern was existing landscape that we were asked to repair rather than completely replace due to budget constraints. We still plan on fixing but patience is a virtue.
