It took almost a month after the work was complete to cash both the down payment and final payments. Made it kind of inconvenient for me.

Did a great job painting my house. Care was taken with the aging foundation and materials. The weather was rough and made it hard for the crew to get work done. I could tell the weather was a frustration for them but I never felt that frustration directed toward us nor did it lead to lower quality work. I was very happy with the work and the price. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again -Tim

Pegram and Dexter remodeled our old three-season porch for us this past fall. We were very impressed with their attention to detail and the thorough, professional manner in which they handled the job. When Nick Pegram gave us the initial bid, he not only took more time with us than everyone else had taken, he patiently explained what he would do when his company remodeled, and why some options would be better choices to enhance the value and beauty of our home. He also explained where he would purchase the materials, and why he preferred to use certain products for their value and high performance. When our porch was remodeled, Nick took us through every step of the way, and a gain took time to explain any changes or substitutions that were necessary due to the unique way our porch was originally made (from 1960). When remodeling was nearly complete, Nick added some extra finishing touches that made our porch look amazing—completely different than how it had looked before. He also did some extra things (such as putting in matching doorknobs on several other doors) that were not part of the original contract. We are so impressed with Nick’s commitment to doing quality work, his ability to communicate with us and keep us informed of how things are going, along with his meticulous attention to detail and ability to visualize the final project. I would highly recommend Pegram and Dexter Construction for any home remodeling or construction projects, and give Pegram and Dexter 5 out of 5 stars. Candy Vittorini

Jamie is a very hard worker. He went above and beyond our expectations. We are extremely happy with the results. He is great to work with too- we appreciated his prompt replies to our questions/messages. He negotiated with us on the price, which we also appreciated. We definitely got our money's worth. We will be recommending him to others and would not hesitate to hire him again to do landscaping for us in the future when and if it is needed.

A year ago (Spring of 2011), my wife and I decided to either remove and replace or to resurface the cement deck around our 25 year-old pool. It had several cracks and was poorly stained from the Oak trees around the yard. After researching options, we selected Concrete Coatings Unlimited primarily because of their warrantee. Two men worked 12 hour days doing the work and kept us informed as the work progressed. They promised the job done within 10 days (curring time took the most) and they actually finished early. The final product looks great. There have been minor issues associated with the product they use but Coy's response has been completely 100% in my favor and the issues are being/have been addressed. Bottom line, they saved me $9000 over replacing the cement and the deck looks great ($6000 resurface, $15000 replace). Coy stands behind his work and I can vouch that the work is hard! I've included the best picture I have of the deck but Coy has the before/after shots that would show the difference.

Was a quick and easy process. He came in, replaced the garbage disposal, took the old one, and left.

Rudy & His team just left my house this morning after putting the finishing touches on the exterior of my home. I am beyond ecstatic with the way my house looks. They did a fantastic job. My 1922 stucco was full of cracks and peeling paint, everywhere. They took the time to fill and patch thoroughly. They replaced old rotted wood window sills, patched holes in my porch, replaced some rotted wood, and even offered to fix a broken wood banister. They were not the lowest bid I received for the job, but they were the team who would complete the job in the safest manner. I have a new baby and was very concerned about the tons of peeling lead paint everywhere. They have a vacuum tool attached to their sanders that captures the lead resulting in a minimum of dust around the property. At the end of every day, my property was cleaner than when they got here. They really do take the time to clean up. No dust to bother the neighbors, dirty your car or poison your baby! Their higher price (I didn't say highest) is worth the peace of mind you will get with the care they take to remediate lead in a safe manner. As an owner of a real fixer-upper, I have worked with many contractors of all types. A lot of them are flaky, or seem to be doing you a favor by returning your calls. StallionPainting and Home Improvements, on the other hand are very customer-service oriented. They return calls quickly, show up on time, send you really detailed quotes, and overall have a lot of communication throughout the process. I used to have the ugliest house on the block, but now I am proud to pull into my driveway each day. I will definitely call them again if I need more paint work. Thank you so much Stallion Painting

I try to put myself in their shoes. I still remember being totally ignorant about home building issues and I also remember what it's like to have a shoe string budget, yet able to go ahead with projects with quality results.
