- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing will be settled upfront, with no surprises or hidden fees. Unless we are traveling more than 100 miles, the price includes travel. No lodging fees. The set list can be tailored specifically for you. I have quality sound equipment and instruments, and our performance and demeanor is professional. Our sets are well rehearsed, and you can tell we enjoy performing just about anywhere. If you would like us to be present at the dress rehearsal, this may be arranged at a fee between $75-150, depending on travel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We enjoy taking requests from clients, and talking with a new customer to see what their needs are. We take song requests with 2 weeks notice. Our website lists the current songs in our repertoire, but we are always exciting to learn something new.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides 8 years of experience performing and recording music...Sarah has a B.A in Studio Art, and a MA in Art Therapy and enjoys songs that connect the heart and head. Thomas has a MA in history, and enjoys songs that tell poignant stories.
