Introduction: I have 14 years of experience building, troubleshooting and upgrading computers in general. I have more than three-and-a-half years of experience working in a server specialist/desktop support environment. My Windows networking experience covers most networking, router and switch configuration experience. I have managed the network infrastructure of two companies, remotely and have gone on-site to several other companies servers (2003, 2008 servers) to maintain their systems. I have virtualized server experience with VMware. My job duties has involved setting up PCs, installed software and connected them to a network. I maintained, analyzed, troubleshoot and repaired computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals. I supported and maintained user account information including rights, security and systems groups. I trained employees, identified and repaired product failures, ordered and replaced parts. I provided level 1 and 2 contact and problem resolution for all supported products and services, monitored network performance for problems and maintained local storage and backup equipment including, but are not limited to, external USB and eSATA hard drives and well as SAN devices.
