- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We guarantee the lowest long distance move rates available without the sacrifice of quality. Simply provide us a copy of the formal quote provided by a major competitor and we will match or beat the quoted rate by 10% guaranteed or we’ll buy lunch on the day of your move.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to make our process as simple as possible. Besides we know moving is stressful enough. For basic moves our process includes: step 1). Contact American Home Delivery Step 2). We supply an informal quote based on information provided on Thumbtack. Step 3). If you decide to move forward we will then email you an inventory form for you to fill out and send back. Step 5). We provide you with a formal quote based on your inventory form. Step 6). We process your inventory form and provide you with a formal quote. Step 7). If you agree to the formal quote we secure your reservation!
