Yoga, hot, hatha, flow, yin

I am a senior yoga teacher with a degree in movement therapy. I use therapeutic grade essential oils in my restorative workshops. I can do house visits, teach workshops at your yoga studio, be a guest in spas, and I am available to travel internationally offering my Yin, Vinyasa, Bikram and various workshops and master classes. I have 30 years experience with great success and many testimonials to back up my claims. I teach with compassion and humor. My students are moved to tears, they laugh, and they get a good workout. I am an intuitive and skillful teacher who comes with years of teaching experience, an active yoga practice and a perpetual student in all forms of yoga studies. I am invited to participate in teacher trainings all over the United States and have taught internationally for 10 years. I am based in Madison, Wisconsin at Inner Fire Yoga where I teach Yin, Bikram, power flow, Chakra workshops, Aroma Yin, Aroma Flow and meditation.
