It was a difficult project because we live in an old house where nothing is level or up to modern code, so it took extra work to come up with a plan that would pass inspection. Before he began the project, he came to the house and covered the floors that he'd be walking on to get to and from the basement. He also closed off the area around the stairs from the rest of the basement which was unnecessary because we have the world's worst unfinished basement but was indicative of the kind of care and respect he has for people's homes. He's a great communicator and kept us updated daily on his progress. He stayed on budget even though he had to spend some extra time troubleshooting the weird dimensions in our basement. The stairs came out great and we're already hiring him for another project. I would 100% recommend him to others!"See more
