Lionel has worked on me several times over the last 10 years. He is a very intuitively gifted, and skillfully trained professional. His work is "integrative" across modalities and blending eastern and western methods; however, what I most appreciate (and what keeps me returning) is his intuition, ability to locate dysfunctions, and it's likely roots/causes/history, and his ability to restore balance, in ONE session. I have walked in to see him unable to move, and left able to move! And while, in my case, the roots of dysfunction were sometimes physical, sometimes they were emotional and spiritual (and he was able to pick that up too). I highly recommend Lionel's work!

I have known Lionel for 15 years and have had a lot of sport's massage, structural bodywork, and Applied Kinesiology treatments. Lionel is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of body mechanics, health, healing, and nutrition. He is constantly improving and growing his knowledge in bodywork and alternative therapies. For those of you living in Portland, Maine area you are LUCKY to have the best body worker I have ever worked with, and I have worked with many! I am thankful that he still comes back to visit his Wisconsin friends, family, and clients. I make sure and get on his schedule weeks in advance. I also hosted a kettle bell class, and he was able to respond to each and every student individually. I personally liked his posture and technique corrections, along with his high energy, and his whatever-it-takes attitude toward fitness!

In one session, LIonel resolved several issues that I had been dealing with for a long time, including a shoulder issue that literally had me awake every night for several years (and hadn't been resolved by massage, chiropractic, etc.). It's hard to overstate how much his work has helped me in an amazingly short time.

I love Lionel! If I hadn't experienced his work first hand I would be extremely skeptical of him. It is crazy how quickly he finds what is ailing you. And before you know it you walk away feeling like a million bucks. I trust Lionel more than any doctor I have ever seen.

I feel better and I move better after I have a consult with Lionel EVERY TIME. He is a blessing as far as healing and fitness goes and if you are a human, want to move better and have LESS pain, SEE HIM PLEASE!
