- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Blue Cloud Travel, we charge a Travel Agent Fee* for our services: You get an automatic $100 OFF your first trip with us. Flight Booking: $100-$200 /Person Hotel Booking: $200/Person Bundle Saving Booking (Flight + Hotel): $300/Person Car Rental Booking: $75/Person Activities Booking: $20/Person Business Trip: $300 Private Jet Booking: $500 Luxury Getaway (Flight + Hotel): $500 Family Trip Booking (Flight + Hotel) Excluding Activities: $300 for the Family. Group trip of 10+ people (Flight + Hotel): $50/person For any questions, please contact the owner or the Agency.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually start the first meeting with a Travel Consultation. During the Travel Consultation, we will be asking questions that would help us find the best deal for your trip, such as: - Departure and Return Date? - Destination (if you know where you would like to go, otherwise we can definitely help you find the destination of your dreams.)? - Amount of People Traveling? - Budget (if any)? - Will you be needing accommodation? - Will you be needing a way of transportation? - Will you be needing assistance? - How would you like to travel ( Coach, Comfort +, Business, First Class)? - Will you be needing Travel Insurance? and much more.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We go through training through the Travel Agent University as well as getting trained by AIrlines and Hotels chains. Once Training is completed we receive a Certificate. We are also Accredited by the Airline Report Corporation (ARC).
