I met Laura March 2014. When I first met Laura I was overweight, dealing with hormone issues and was on a unhealthy diet. Laura sat down with me for close to an hour if not more and heard all my questions and concerns. Laura was very patient. I felt very comfortable with Laura and I knew I could trust her. Within months I could see a big change not only in my weight also with all my hormone issues. Laura, will go out of her way to help you reach your goal as far as your weight and help you with all your health concerns. I have lost close to 25 pounds. Lost a lot of inches. All my hormone issues are all taken care of. Most important, I am not dealing with the terrible night sweats, I feel great and feel a lot lighter and healthy! I am not afraid to eat food as I am eating good healthy food. Laura has been a Blessing in my life and continues to be a Blessing. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about her job. In my opinion, what matters the most to Laura is to see you get healthy and reach your goal.

At 212 pounds (my highest ever) and having tried smoothies and many other things which were only temporary, I heard Laura Lambrecht speak about better health and nutrition including the use of juicing vegetables and fruits. I had previously watched "Sick, Fat and Nearly Dead" serveral times and since I loved vegetables, fruits and all those other unhealthy things, I decided this may be the thing for me. In February 2015, I started working with Laura Lambrecht as my health and wellness coach. I wanted to lose weight but also jump start my metabolism and build stamina for simply playing with my children. I did several 4-5 day and 10-14 day juice fasts and cleanses - either nothing but juicing OR juices all day except for dinner being a huge tasty and healthy salad. With Laura's help, I learned how to juice, increase metabolism, how to better order at restaurants and how to incorporate yoga into my life. I have been on my own maintenance routine for the past 4-5 weeks, and have maintained my weight and feel great. A huge side benefit of this was also increasing my sleep from 4-5 hours, to easily 6-9 hours nightly; and I'm down two pant sizes and no longer need XL shirts but just Large. Where am I at? I lost 44 pounds in about 4 months - down to 168. And by the end of August, my next goal is to be at 155. Laura is a great source of inspiration and boosting confidence. She set me up for success and a better more enjoyable life.
