- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Ever since i was little i used to help my mom cook and always was in the kitchen helping out. Now as an adult i became a chef because i fall in love with the food i specialized (Middle eastern) and i couldn't see it any other way.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Here at our restaurant , I have the buffet up EVERYDAY i try and make over 16 different dishes every day! So buffets and Caterings is the most common jobs i do.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Recently we had a Catering for Iftari for a local center and they loved it! Had made my own creation of "middle eastenr pizzas" which pretty much is your regular pizzas with our masalas. They were barging about them all night! That wasnt the only thing we cooked that night, but def. that stand out since it was different and very original.
