I can't tell you enough to hire this amazing company!!! They responded to me immediately, got me on the schedule that same week, (within a couple days) and cleaned the apartment to perfection even getting stickers of the walls that my naughty kids did! They sent multiple people, did incredible work in a reasonable amount of time and the price I paid for the work they did was excellent. I will definitely be using them again!! Carmen Family Cleaning did a great job! Punctual, responsive and a large team of 4 people came to clean our home (2 story, 2 bath/3bed). We have young children so we like that they use natural cleaning products. Would definitely recommend and we will be using them again!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a first step we schedule an appointment for a totally free estimate and I myself am the one who gives the estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a team trained very carefully to do a cleaning from right to left, from top to bottom, using natural products or the products of your choice, besides that we are certified in disinfecting and sanitizing each area.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing it only as a part-time job because I'm a mother of five, my clients were so happy with my work that they started recommending me with their friends and family, eventually I had to hire staff to be part of my company.
