- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a “pay what you want” first lesson so you can see if my teaching style feels right for you. I'm not the cheapest in town, nor the most expensive, but my students tend to make rapid progress. In the long run you'll learn a lot more in less time, which means a much better value!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I listen to them to get a clear idea of what their goals and expectations are, then I explain the process of how we will meet these goals and answer any questions they have. I treat my students and clients the way I'd want to be treated.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've studied at The Wisconsin Conservatory of Music, MATC, and UWM, and learned a ton on the job playing with top artists and entertainers like Jim Liban, Roger Brotherhood, Rockin' Johnny, Robert Allen Jr., Robin Pluer, Harmonious Wail, Lil' Rev and many others.
