About
I am a multi-instrumentalist who has been performing and educating for 20 years. In addition to teaching private and ensemble lessons for both kids and adults in guitar, bass and beginning piano, I have taught music and core subjects in the Milwaukee Public Schools and local Montessori schools, and was the general manager of the School of Rock Shorewood. I have recorded and toured extensively throughout the United States and Europe. I have performed at music festivals locally and throughout the country. I am also also trained mastering engineer and producer and additionally offer audio production lessons. I studied at the Wisconsin Conservatory of Music and holds a BFA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
I enjoy helping students reach their potential and become lifelong music lovers.

Todd, tailored my lessons to my ability. He would show me what to play, then send emails of those notes. I could practice until the next lesson. He asked what songs I had an interest in playing, then he worked with to accomplish my goals. I would HIGHLY recommend him as he will work as fast or slow depending on your skill level. I believe he adapts, and has great patience.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Payments are monthly and must be received on the first lesson of each month.
I keep my pricing competitive and also send students up to two 10-15 min
make up videos per month when given 24hr notice of cancellation in advance. Students are required to to bring materials and practice between lessons. 30 days notice is required to discontinue without charge.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first lesson is focused on learning what the student's musical interests are, their current level of ability (even if beginners!) and setting simple goals to achieve them.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with students of all ages and backgrounds working on a very diverse range of musical interests and styles.
