Latest Review: I’m a former US Navy SEAL who was recently shot in the calf by ISIS while volunteering as a civilian in Iraq. After recovering enough to work out, I began to work with Austin 3-5 days a week. My goals were to lean up and restore my strength and cardio after not having been able to lift or run for almost two months. It’s been about 7 weeks, and I’m stronger, leaner, and faster than even when I was in the military! Thanks to Austin, my resting heart rate is even at the level of “a highly conditioned athlete.”
If you’re able to do multiple sessions with him per week like I did, your results will be like nothing you’ve ever experienced. Also, due to his gym’s business model, his personal training rates are about HALF of the competition’s!
Bottom Line: I can’t speak highly enough of Austin. He’s fun to work with and knows his stuff! I recommend him to all of my friends and even my own family.
