I dropped the ball and needed cleaners for the next day (a Friday) before my parents came to town. BetterCleans responded promptly and within an hour of my request my cleaning was booked for Friday afternoon. The cleaners arrived as planned and spent 5 hours cleaning my house. Genevieve was extremely friendly, communicated with me during the process, and did a great job cleaning some things I had let go for way too long. I really appreciated the last minute scheduling and how professional everyone involved was.

Genevieve was a fantastic cleaner for our 3 bed, 2.5 ba condo move-in. She detail cleaned every room and stayed until I was happy. I would definitely use them again. We used BetterCleans to clean our home before hosting a family event. We were unable to be there because of work. Veronica couldn’t get the lockbox to work so she waited until my son came home. She was very patient and understanding. She did a great job and when we got home that night we were delighted. I did a quick inspection if all the surfaces and everything was so neat and clean. Communication was great and I will definitely use them again.
