I dropped the ball and needed cleaners for the next day (a Friday) before my parents came to town. BetterCleans responded promptly and within an hour of my request my cleaning was booked for Friday afternoon. The cleaners arrived as planned and spent 5 hours cleaning my house. Genevieve was extremely friendly, communicated with me during the process, and did a great job cleaning some things I had let go for way too long. I was under the impression that I was getting a real "deep" clean. I am disabled and unable to do deep cleans. Walls in kitchen ended up streaky and not complete. Cabinets were clear of spots but still sticky. Dusting done with feather duster, not really cleaned as I expected (have end stage COPD and need dust removed, not spread). Toilet left grimy and half of tub outside not cleaned. Maybe I misunderstood "deep clean". I found the cleaner, Genevieve, to be friendly and cordial. Have concerns about company as I never knew who I was speaking to. Different people seem to be responding and photo on line does not correlate with the accent of the folks I spoke with. Loved the cleaner's attitude but not confident with company business. Thanks for your review Jeanine. Our sincere apologies for not doing a great job. In the rare situations where this happens we offer a free reclean to make things right and get the missed areas. As is your right, you refused the reclean which is totally understandable. So sorry that we did not impress, but we will take your feedback and improve our service moving forwards.
