- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Estimates provided through the app are based on the information given and are meant to give a general price range. The final price is determined after viewing the home in person. Factors such as the size of the home and the overall condition will affect the final cost. In many cases, the estimate shown is close to the maximum price. If the home is smaller or requires less work than expected, the final price may be adjusted lower when appropriate. Discounts may also be available for recurring services such as weekly or bi-weekly cleanings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process starts with viewing the home and understanding exactly what the client would like cleaned. This helps ensure everything is clear before the work begins. After the cleaning is completed, I review the work to make sure everything the client requested has been done. Before leaving, I also let the client know that if they think of anything else they would like cleaned in the future, they can let me know in advance so I can prepare for the next visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to my professional experience, I am a mother of four, so keeping a home clean and organized is something I practice both during work and in everyday life. Cleaning is something I take pride in, whether it’s for my clients or my own home.
