FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide personalized quotes based on the size of your space, its current condition, the type of cleaning, and how often you need service. Please send photos and your cleaning priorities so we can give an accurate estimate. Interior oven, refrigerator, and window cleaning are available for an additional charge. We confirm the scope and total before starting.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Tell us your ZIP code, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, approximate square footage, and the type of cleaning you need. Photos help us understand the current condition and areas needing extra attention. We then confirm your quote, included tasks, and appointment. We bring our own supplies and equipment, and payment is due when the cleaning is completed. Communication is available in English and Spanish.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with homeowners, renters, real estate professionals, offices, and businesses in Milwaukee and surrounding areas. Our services include deep cleaning, recurring cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and post-construction cleaning.
