My yard was in shambles waiting for my spouse to get the mower fixed and cut/trim it. I got sick of waiting and hired Pretty Grass intending for a one time service but potential for regular service if my spouse doesn't get it together. I was very specific when I requested a quote that I needed the yard cut; between my lilac bushes cut; fence, swing set, and flower bed borders trimmed. Raul was early which was great but he did not cut under my young low-branch apple tree, didn't cut between my lilac bushes, and didn't mow over a large high weed patch growing. So basically, the job was not done to my request. If this would have been a higher fee, I would have expected to be quoted everything I asked for. I am happy with what was done but not happy it is not complete to my request. Finally, I had two Slow/Children At Play signs in my yard. I gave one to my neighbor as well. I messaged him to ask where they were as I could not find them and they were not put back when they initially were. I got no answer over the course of a few hours. When I came home I spotted one in the lot on the other end of the block and the other in the same neighbor's lot that I had already given one to. I dont quite understand ow or why that would happen. Considering there are so many lawn services and kids who do it for summer cash, I would not repeat service with Pretty Grass.

We spoke to the gentleman on Monday and inquired as to when he would be available. He indicated that today, July 4th would work for him I wasn't sure if he knew that today was a holiday, which he said he did, but was available for work. Great experience working with him, polite, on time, did a very good job and the money was worth it. Looking forward to doing business with Pretty Grass in the near future.

Raul did a great job for our commercial property. His pricing is extremely reasonable and his team gets the job done right. I am very happy with how Raul's job turned out. Will definitely be using his company in the future.
