They were here on time which was a great start! He was very prepared and seemed to really know what he was doing. The only complaint was that it seemed to take a little extra time - albeit we had some major networking issues wired into our office already that they had to fix and our service provider was late. Overall though Bill is reliable and knowledgeable.
