I give Alex four stars! Her team was amazing to work with. They were very open. If a girl was not satisfied with their hair or make up it was redone right away. Alex did my hair and make up trial and she was open to all my suggestions and made sure I was happy with my look. Alex was able to get a team of girls for about 12 people to get ready. She was the primary person for me and my mother in law and took her time with us. She went above and beyond considering my wedding was in Chicago. She was on time and was very pleasant to work with. Things that sort of went wrong was that some girls had to get do overs with their hair and make up from what I was told. But I think with such a large bridal party, we should have planned it out slightly more by showing more pictures of what the bridesmaids wanted. But overall I was very satisfied with her service and I highly recommend her for weddings with large bridal parties.

Alex and her team of makeup artists are amazing! They came right to the site where my bridesmaids and I were getting ready and got through all 8 of us in a very timely fashion and she was even able to add on my mom at the end! I felt gorgeous all night and so did all of my bridesmaids and mother. Alex and her team are not only great at what they do but they are also very friendly and professional! If I ever need someone to do my hair or makeup in the future I wouldn't hesitate at all to hire them again or recommend them to others!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Oh of course. Its required to keep our license to take continuing education classes.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always known this was what I was meant to do. This isn't just a job for me. This is my passion. I remember dolling up my friends in elementary school. It has been with me for as long as I can remember. I love to bring out the beauty in people.
What types of customers have you worked with?
My two biggest client bases are brides and editorial work but I have worked on hundreds of models, a few politicians and a handful of movie personalities.
