Replaced all my door locks. Did a great job. One of the door locks didn't work properly so I can't lock the deadbolt.

Pete did a very professional job fixing our wood rocker and our glider. Was very convenient for us to have Pete pick up from and deliver back to our home here in Pewaukee. Saved us from having to purchase new replacement furniture at a higher cost also! Excellent work. Highly recommend Heirloom Furniture Repair to anyone looking to fix their favorite chair or rocker.

Hired this provider for a standard couch removal. Was able to schedule removal within 24 hours of contact. Easy to communicate address and removal needs. Removal took less than 10 minutes once provider arrived and I didn't have to help with a thing. Cost of removal was half of what other bids came in at. Would definitely recommend!

Brain's communication was excellent. He always let me know the status of the project and his arrival times. He showed up on time and was very professional. He finished the job quickly, even after having to make a few adjustments for piping and door clearance in the basement. He and his co-worker Billy cleaned up well after the job was done. He even offered to come back and do additional work once my project was farther along if needed.

The problem was with my side garage door causing locking problems. Though everything looked level and plumb there were some very slight tolerance differences. We took the strike plates off and cut the the nails holding the door frame to the rough opening. There were also two screws, one top and one bottom that were also removed from the strike side. The brick molding from the strike side and top were then removed allowing us to tap the top of the strike side in toward the garage and then tested the locking mechanisms for alignment and ease. Once in proper place, we secured the strike side top and bottom to hold it in place. When we had removed the brick molding we discovered that once the door was properly aligned, the sheathing on the strike side stuck out approximately a 1/4 inch. It became clear that the original contractor failed to square up the hinge side of the door opening with the strike side of the door opening thus there existed a slight torqueing of the door in the opening. With that, and the addition of cold and heat expansion and contraction, locking the door was problematic. We managed to trim down a 3/4 by 1/4 area of the sheathing so the brick mold would sit flat on the sheathing and door frame keeping the appropriate setback from the edge. We were also able to accomplish the work without affecting the siding at all. I had a piece of brick molding consistent with what was there so we were able to replace the strike side molding which I cut on my compound miter saw. Everything fit in perfectly and the door is easily closed and locked. What remains is some slight shimming, recaulking the top and strike side, and another coat of paint on the trim.

Hello, My sister recommended me to have GTC/Steamatic do repairs painting and mold removal for our house. Most of the mold was located in a closet off the kitchen and we wanted the first floor painted. The job was done in about 3 weeks as they had to rebuild an archway from the living room to dining room. We are very happy with all the work done and Bo gave us the best price with a bundle discount compared to the other contractors. Otherwise we wouldn't have gotten to rebuild the archway. My new furniture arrives next week and it looks like a total remodel I highly recommend Bo Tony and Marina for any project you've got going on in your home!

Bulldog Builders did a great job on our turret repair. We had a bad leak on a very steep roof that met up at the turret. Bulldog Builders scheduled our repair very quickly, to avoid more damage to our home (we had water leaking down walls upstairs from snow melt) and the job was expertly finished in 1 day. They have an expert staff that went above and beyond to help out our family. Bulldog Builders were polite, friendly and professional, they were punctual and did a great job on our repair. They had to remove old shake and asphalt shingles, as well as a bad patch job with rotted metal and wood. They did a custom roof repair to angle water from the trouble spot where water was pooling, using quality materials to complete the job, which came with an excellent warranty. We are extremely happy with the job that was done by bulldog builders, and will call for future projects on our home.

This guy is Great! (with a capital G) Prompt, fair, a good communicator, clean and efficient. The end product of our bathroom shower door and hardware was perfect. In fact we were so impressed, we've asked him to do a few more odd jobs around the house. James really takes great pride in his work. I definitely will keep his number handy.

Todd installed an entry door as well as a storm/screen door at the front of my home. He was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and reasonably priced. His work was outstanding and even though he had a couple surprises he had the job done in an acceptable timeframe. I would recommend to all my friends and anyone they know as well that his work ethics and performance are of the utmost quality. I will have him back for future projects. Peggy.

Joe did a great job in removing and replacing the damaged boards on our front porch stairs. The site was cleaned up afterwards and he explained to us what he had done to perform the repairs. He also kept an eye out for our dog in case he decided to jump out the front door while he was doing the work.

Jamal did a fantastic job clearing our driveway by hand! He responded to our request for snow removal within 30 minutes and was ready to come clear our driveway right away. Despite getting a flat tire during his commute to our house in the middle of the snow storm, he persisted and was determined to come and clear our driveway regardless of how long/late it would take him into the dark. When he arrived, he came to our door to let us know he was here and promptly got to work. Would hire him again in a second! Thanks Jamal!
