Introduction: I offer you over 25 years of computer technical training and experience with specialties in Windows, MS-Office, desktop and laptop computers, databases and lists (Excel, MS-Access, etc.) and web-based research. Virtual Office Admin Assistance I am available at home with an excellent workstation that can do most any computer task requiring powerful processing, a 22" HD widescreen and a stable broadband connection. Basic Image Processing I have minimal graphical and image processing skills if you just need your photo made into a banner, a Facebook cover page or fit any other need with specific image requirements. I can get an image ready for eBay, Facebook, Twitter or placement on a web page to fit size specifications using either Windows Paint or GIMP. Tasks I Can Do I can convert a scanned PDF to text or Excel and be sure the conversion is correct. I can search UPCs via web or desktop database file search. I am also familiar with online public data search as much of my data entry experience was entering mortgage data from 2006 to 2014. I know how to use GIS, Google Maps and other graphical applications. Computer Technical Help I have worked with desktop PC's since 1987. Laptops since 2006. If your computer is having issues, I can help you resolve it while you attend to other tasks. I may not be able to fix it myself, but can, at the very least establish what the problem is and then determine the next step to take before having to remove your computer from your home or office to a full-service repair shop. My method would be to get an assessment of the problem by phone or email. Then I come to your home or office with a means to address the most likely cause of the problem (such as malware). My focus is completing complicated, challenging tasks to your satisfaction with quality in mind while you focus on your business or other tasks.
