She did a good job cleaning the walls and ceiling. She did wash my floors but completely took the shine off both including my hardwood. It also left a grit on all the floors and the hardwood wasn't waxed. She didn't clean the windows, vacuum or dust. Was disappointed over all.

Hi! I'm sorry for the miscommunication. Your husband seemed pleased when I left and walked through and reviewed the work before I left. He told me I did a good job so I assumed he was pleased. Had he told me he wasn't pleased with something I would've been more than happy to do whatever was asked. I was told by your husband that the only things that needed done was the walls, ceilings, tile scrubbed in the bathroom and hardwood swept and mopped. I explained to him that I do not keep wax for hardwood on hand and was not asked to provide that prior to coming, which he told me not to worry about that, and he would do it. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to rectify the situation. Thank you!
