As a first time buyer I had no idea where to start and what the important questions I needed answered before putting in a offer. First decide whether or not the agent has the best interest at heart for you whether its as a seller or a buyer. My first agent kept telling me I was going to lose the house and I needed to put an offer over asking with every home I had a glimpse interest in. Jason explained the home buying process very clearly but he also pointed out things in the home that were good and bad. Jason is not pushy in anyway and very patient. When buying a home you want the realtor to be persistent and reachable. I did see about 8 homes with Jason and with every single one he gave me his honest opinion on my chances of getting the house. I actually only had to write 2 offers and the second offer was accepted because of Jason's excellent work. He knows how to make your offer competitive and that’s something that is key in the home buying process. Jason helped me though the whole process from beginning to end and even after the home closed. Jason is an excellent real estate agent in short words. I recommend him to EVERYONE!
My first impression of Nathan was his respectfulness of my desire and attempt to sell my house myself. I had been bombarded with contacts from realtors from the first day I put the sign in the yard, but Nathan waited and contacted me at a time that I was ready to list with a realtor. He said, "I like to give people a chance to sell their home on their own and then offer them my For Sale By Owner Program. He was very easy to work with and handled all the details effortlessly, not letting anything fall through the cracks. In addition to the weekly email updates on internet traffic and updates from Kittle Team members, Nathan also called to make sure I was aware of any new information. He called after all showings to give me the feedback. We had priced the house at the high end of the comp range and 5 weeks after listing, I received a full price offer with no contingencies. It was a winter sale and the roof needed replacing, so he worked with the lender to insure that the property would close on time. I never once doubted that he had my best interests at heart.
