The estimator, Mark Odell, was a good communicator and very pleasant to deal with in coordinating the estimate, but upon arrival he saw that the driveway crack repair and resurfacing that I needed to have done was not something they specialized in. Rather than waste both of our times, he immediately referred me to a smaller company where he had known the owner for years, and assured me they could do the job and for a reasonable price. I contacted the owner, was favorably impressed, and have arranged for an estimate. I really appreciated Groundwork's honesty regarding this and not taking on a job not in their wheelhouse just to make some money."See more
